Message	The ECU only uses the throttle-closed switch when the TPS sensor is malfunctioning (i.e. the sensor values are out of range). It uses either method to set the 'Idle Condition' flag in memory, which is what Consult reports. The ECU checks the Idle Condition flag in about 30 different places in the code (e.g. it uses a different ignition map for idling).
